Customers are responsible for ensuring that a product is compatible with their vehicle before purchasing or installing it.

AOXMoto is not responsible for damage caused by improper installation, misuse, modification, abuse, crashes, accidents, racing, or use outside the product's intended purpose.

2. Installation

Installation is performed entirely at the customer's own risk.

AOXMoto strongly recommends that products involving brakes, suspension, electrical systems, or other safety-related components be installed by a qualified professional.

AOXMoto is not responsible for damage, injury, or loss resulting from improper installation or installation performed by the customer or a third party.

3. Compatibility

Customers are responsible for confirming that the product they purchase fits their specific vehicle and setup.

Product descriptions and compatibility information are provided to assist customers but do not replace the customer's responsibility to verify compatibility.

AOXMoto is not responsible for incompatibility caused by modifications, aftermarket parts, different model years, or customer-selected variants.

4. Product Modifications

Modifying, altering, drilling, cutting, repainting, disassembling, or otherwise changing an AOXMoto product may void any applicable warranty or support.

Once a product has been modified, AOXMoto may refuse returns, replacements, refunds, or warranty claims.

5. Safety

Customers are responsible for using AOXMoto products safely and responsibly.

Customers must inspect all installed parts before use and periodically check bolts, fasteners, connections, and other components for proper installation and condition.

If a product appears damaged, defective, loose, or unsafe, do not use it until the issue has been properly addressed.

6. Orders

AOXMoto reserves the right to cancel or refuse an order at any time for reasons including, but not limited to, pricing errors, inventory issues, suspected fraud, incorrect product information, or other circumstances that prevent the order from being properly fulfilled.

If AOXMoto cancels an order after payment has been received, the amount paid for the canceled order will be refunded.

7. Pricing

Prices and product availability may change at any time without notice.

AOXMoto reserves the right to correct pricing or product listing errors. If an order was placed at an incorrect price due to an error, AOXMoto may cancel the order and issue a refund.

8. Shipping

AOXMoto is not responsible for delays caused by shipping carriers, weather, natural disasters, customs, or other circumstances outside of our control.

Once an order has been properly handed over to the shipping carrier, delivery timing is outside AOXMoto's control.

Customers are responsible for providing an accurate shipping address. AOXMoto is not responsible for orders shipped to an incorrect address provided by the customer.

9. Returns and Refunds

All returns and refunds are subject to the AOXMoto Return Policy.

Customers must follow the return process and receive approval before sending an item back.

Unauthorized returns may be refused.

10. Warranty

Unless a specific product listing states otherwise, AOXMoto does not guarantee that every product is covered by a manufacturer's warranty.

Warranty coverage, when offered, only applies to defects covered by the applicable warranty and does not cover damage caused by installation, misuse, modification, crashes, accidents, abuse, racing, normal wear, or improper maintenance.

To the maximum extent permitted by applicable law, AOXMoto shall not be responsible for indirect, incidental, special, or consequential damages resulting from the purchase, installation, use, misuse, or inability to use an AOXMoto product.

This includes, but is not limited to, vehicle damage, property damage, loss of use, lost profits, or personal injury to the extent permitted by law.

12. Customer Responsibility

By purchasing from AOXMoto, the customer acknowledges that aftermarket vehicle parts may involve risks and that the customer is responsible for determining whether a product is appropriate for their vehicle, experience level, and intended use.

13. Website Content

AOXMoto makes reasonable efforts to keep product descriptions, images, specifications, and pricing accurate. However, errors may occasionally occur.

AOXMoto reserves the right to correct errors and update website content at any time without notice.

14. Intellectual Property

All AOXMoto branding, logos, product images, website content, graphics, and other original materials are owned by or licensed to AOXMoto and may not be copied, reproduced, modified, or used without permission.

15. Changes to These Terms
