Refund policy

AOXMoto Return Policy

  • All AOXMoto sales are considered final unless otherwise stated below.

    Returns

    Returns are only accepted if AOXMoto approves the return before the item is shipped back. Unauthorized returns may be refused and sent back to the customer at the customer's expense.

    Approved returns must be:

    • Completely unused

    • Uninstalled

  • In new and resalable condition

  • In the original packaging

  • Free of scratches, marks, dirt, damage, or signs of installation

Any item that has been installed, used, modified, damaged, scratched, or altered is not eligible for a return.

Return Window

Return requests must be submitted within 7 days of delivery. Requests submitted after this period will not be accepted.

Return Shipping

The customer is responsible for all return shipping costs unless AOXMoto sent the wrong item or the item arrived defective.

AOXMoto is not responsible for packages lost or damaged during return shipping.

Refunds

Refunds are only issued after the returned item has been received and inspected.

If an item is returned in a condition that does not meet this policy, AOXMoto may:

  • Deny the refund

  • Deduct the cost of damage or missing parts

  • Return the item to the customer at the customer's expense

Original shipping charges are non-refundable.

Incorrect Orders

Customers are responsible for ordering the correct product, model, variant, size, and color. AOXMoto is not responsible for compatibility issues caused by the customer selecting the wrong product.

Damaged or Defective Items

Any damage or defect must be reported within 48 hours of delivery. Photos and/or videos may be required before a replacement or refund is approved.

Damage caused by installation, improper use, modification, crashes, racing, abuse, or normal wear and tear is not considered a manufacturing defect.

Final Sale Items

Clearance items, discounted items, custom products, electrical components, installed parts, and products specifically marked Final Sale are not eligible for return or refund.

Approval Required

Do not ship anything back without receiving approval from AOXMoto first. An approved return does not automatically guarantee a full refund. All returned products are inspected before any refund is issued.

AOXMoto reserves the right to deny any return that does not meet the requirements of this policy.
